You can find us at 2820 Harriet Road, where Harriet Road meets Lotus Street, overlooking the Gorge Waterway.
We have enjoyed this beautiful setting since 1985.
Our two buildings consist of 27 residential units in a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom configurations.
As affordable housing in today’s housing market, we rarely have vacant units, and we maintain a wait list. If you wish to apply, you can expect a long wait.
To keep our wait list up-to-date we ask that you send us a note every six months or so letting us know that you are still interested, and advising us of any important changes in the information you have provided to us – contact info, household makeup, significant income changes, specific accessability requirements, etc.
Share purchase is $2000, refundable on termination of membership.
