Philosophy
The philosophy of any cooperative housing is that it is managed by it’s members. Waterside has a Board of Directors and three formally constituted committees for Finance, Maintenance and Membership. As a member of the co-op it is expected that members participate actively on a committee, attend general meetings (at least two each year) and join work parties around the property. In the event that you are called for an interview please bring with you current pay stubs and proof of annual income. Only qualified applicants will be contacted.
