Shares
A share purchase of $2000. is required before moved in and payable by certified cheque or money order. The share purchase is returned within 30 days of move out. Housing charge will be discussed during the time of interview
Pets
Two cats or one dog per unit with proof of neutering/spaying and vaccinations. Information must be provided before moving in.
Philosophy
The philosophy of any cooperative housing is that it is managed by it’s members. There are presently 4 committees at Waterside, Board of Directors, Finance, Maintenance and Membership. As a member of the co-op it is mandatory that I person from your unit participates actively on a committee and attend semi-annual general meetings including work parties.
